Bora-hansgrohe, with Red Bull support heats up Transfers for 2025 leading to Tom Pidcock

Bora-hansgrohe, which will officially become Red Bull-Bora-hansgrohe in a few weeks, to coincide with the start of the Tour de France, will be one of the teams sure to be a major player in the upcoming CycleMarket. The Austrian giant’s entry into the management of the German-licensed team will significantly increase the funds at its disposal, and names juxtaposed with the formation have already been floating around. Among them has been that of Wout van Aert, and in these hours a new rumor is also emerging, again linked to a rider already in Red Bull’s “stable” of individual sponsorships, namely Tom Pidcock.

The Englishman, however, has a contract with Ineos Grenadiers that expires addright at the end of 2027, but, according to what is being reported by multiple media outlets, Red Bull-Bora-hansgrohe, would be willing to make the necessary effort to bring from Pidcock right away into its ranks. According to GCN’s report, moreover, Pidcock’s agent for now preferred not to comment on the rumor in question.

Still in the Ineos household, some questions are also popping up around Josh Tarling. The very young and phenomenal time trial performer is tied to the British team until the end of the 2025 season, but he would be waiting for a contractual renewal (and, probably, also an adjustment), which for the moment has not materialized. Of course, other high-profile teams are at the window, in case there is a chance to secure the performance of the 2004 Welsh class.
