Transfers 2025: Hayter, Johannink, Poels, Sütterlin, Ťoupalík

In this start of the Grand Tours season, some interesting market movements are taking place. Confirmations and changes that could involve both WorldTour teams and the more ambitious Professional teams. The most intriguing seems to be the one concerning Ethan Hayter and his relationship with Ineos Grenadiers. According to a report in La Gazzetta dello Sport, the British sprinter would be willing to change team starting next season. However, it is not yet clear what the destination will be for the 25-year-old Londoner, who has always played in the ranks of the English team. There are certainly many teams at the door to secure this sprightly and explosive youngster with a certainly bright future.

Instead, Bahrain-Victorious seems intent on extending the contract of two of its most trusted and reliable domestiques: Wout Poels and Jasha Sütterlin. Indeed, it seems that the experienced Dutch climber, fresh winner of the last stage of the Tour of Hungary, has earned the trust of the Qatari team for at least another season. The same applies to the powerful German passer, who is currently competing in the Giro d’Italia in support of captain Antonio Tiberi.

Two contract extensions have already been announced by the Professional TDT-Unibet team. In fact, Dutchman Jelle Johannink and Czech Adam Ťoupalík have earned themselves contract extensions with the team until the end of the 2027 season. Both riders have achieved excellent placings during this season. The 27-year-old Johannink in classics and semi-classics such as Nokere Koerse, Volta NXT Classic and Arrow of Brabant, while the 28-year-old Czech was less of a sprinter and more of a climber in some stages of the Settimana Coppi e Bartali.
